I wanted to find out if a daily Joint mobility routine can increase mobility in two weeks. How about pain and stiffness – does it happen some changes?
Six of my customers volunteered to participate in this mini-study. Four women and two men. Age between 41 – 63 years. Background in different complains, from heels to head.
Method:
- VAS pain
- VAS Stiffness
- TE3 Mobility analysis
- Joint Mobility routine after my book: Joint Mobility – A step towards better health.
- Re-test after two weeks
Results:
- All participants felt themself better.
- Pain – decreased or changed a different body part.
- Stiffness – decreased.
- Mobility – increased with all participants, and all managed to get movement towards target values. The change was between tests in the target area, from 30.5 % to 46.3 %.
Conclusion: You can get better mobility with a joint mobility routine within two weeks.
